Step 1

Place ball between scapulae (shoulder blades) Bend knees, hold behind knees Place ball between shoulder blades and roll back Support head with hands, elbows facing ceiling

 

Step 2

Lean back on ball Elbows facing ceiling

 

Step 3

Return to start position

 

Step 4

Extend right leg

 

Step 5

Lean back on ball Elbows facing ceiling

 

Step 6

Return to start position Repeat on left leg

 

Step 7

Extend both legs Repeat as above
